Your agreement with AstroPloton

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and AstroPloton, operated from India (“AstroPloton,” “we,” “us”). They govern astroploton.com, AstroPloton web applications, accounts, reports, chart tools, guide conversations, professional workspaces, and related services collectively called the “Service.”

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, clicking an acceptance control, or otherwise using an account feature, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Billing Terms, and Money-Back Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Browsing public marketing pages does not by itself create a paid subscription.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a contract, and not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law. If you use AstroPloton for an organization or professional practice, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

The Service may not be available in every location. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply where you access or use it.

Accounts and access

When accounts launch, you must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials and private access links secure, and promptly update information that affects account delivery or billing. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

One personal membership is intended for one individual. A Celestial Studio workspace may allow authorized team or client profiles according to its plan limits. You may not sell, rent, or share account access outside those permissions.

What AstroPloton provides

AstroPloton is a reflective astrology and learning platform. Planned features include natal-chart calculations, transits, timing views, relationship overlays, written interpretations, educational materials, AI-assisted conversations, client workspaces, and downloadable reports.

Features may differ by plan, location, device, language, or launch phase. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, your membership provides access to the Service rather than ownership of software, models, calculation methods, or editorial materials.

Astrology is interpretive, not certain

Astrological systems interpret symbolic relationships and timing. They do not establish scientific certainty about personality, compatibility, events, or outcomes. The same chart may support more than one thoughtful interpretation, and a reading may not resonate with your experience.

AstroPloton does not promise that an event will occur, that a relationship will succeed or fail, or that a decision is destined. You remain responsible for your choices and for considering real-world evidence, context, and the people affected by them.

AI-assisted content

Some planned explanations or guide responses may be generated or shaped with artificial intelligence. AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unsuitable content, including confident language that is not justified. Review outputs critically and do not treat them as facts merely because they are personalized to a chart.

You may not use AstroPloton output to impersonate a licensed professional, mislead another person about certainty, automate harmful decisions, or make decisions that legally require human professional judgment. We may label, limit, review, or disable AI features to improve safety and quality.

Not professional or emergency advice

The Service does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, immigration, fertility, safety, or other regulated professional advice. It does not diagnose conditions, assess risk, or replace a qualified professional. Do not delay or disregard professional assistance because of an AstroPloton interpretation.

AstroPloton is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else may be in danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.

Your information and chart profiles

You retain ownership of original text, notes, prompts, and other content you submit. You give AstroPloton a limited, worldwide permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service according to the Privacy Policy. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to legal retention and backup cycles.

If you add another person’s birth information, private notes, or relationship details, you confirm that you have a lawful and appropriate basis to do so. Do not upload confidential, health, financial, government-identification, or other information that the feature does not need.

You are responsible for the accuracy of birth details you enter. An approximate or incorrect birth time can materially change houses, angles, and some interpretations.

Paid plans, renewal, and refunds

Plan price, currency, billing interval, included features, any trial, tax treatment, and renewal terms will be shown before you authorize a charge. Recurring plans continue until cancelled. The Billing Terms explain charges, renewals, price changes, failed payments, plan changes, and cancellation.

Cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not reverse an earlier charge. The Money-Back Policy describes AstroPloton’s first-purchase promise, renewal reviews, technical billing errors, exclusions, and request process. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Limited license and AstroPloton materials

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, AstroPloton gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the Service for its intended purpose. Celestial Studio users may use client-facing reports in their own practice only to the extent stated in the plan description or a separate agreement.

The AstroPloton name, marks, interface, visual system, source code, chart presentation, editorial content, prompts, calculation displays, and other materials are owned by AstroPloton or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. No rights are granted except those expressly described here.

Acceptable use

Use AstroPloton with care for the service, other people, and their information. You may not assist another person in doing any of the following:

• Break the law, violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, harass, threaten, exploit, or deceive.
• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, benchmark for model extraction, or use automated means to access the Service without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, bypass access or plan controls, probe security, introduce malicious code, or interfere with availability.
• Use the Service or its output to build, train, or improve a competing model, astrology product, or content database without a written license.
• Resell personal access, remove proprietary notices, or present AstroPloton-generated material as an independent professional certification.
• Upload another person’s information without an appropriate basis, or use chart content to manipulate, discriminate against, or make consequential decisions about them.
• Generate spam, abusive requests, unlawful content, or activity that places unreasonable load on the Service.

Feedback

If you voluntarily suggest an idea, improvement, or feature, you allow AstroPloton to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your private notes, chart profiles, or other content submitted for ordinary product use.

Third-party services and links

The Service may depend on or link to third-party providers such as payment processors, authentication tools, model infrastructure, map or location services, and external resources. Their services may have separate terms and privacy practices. AstroPloton is not responsible for an unrelated third-party site merely because we link to it.

If you purchase through an app store or external marketplace in the future, that provider’s billing, cancellation, and refund rules may control that transaction.

Service availability and changes

We may add, improve, limit, or retire features to address quality, safety, legal, technical, or commercial needs. We do not guarantee that every feature or historical output will remain available forever. For a material reduction to a paid plan, we will provide reasonable notice where practical and honor rights required by law.

Maintenance, provider outages, internet conditions, security incidents, and events beyond our reasonable control may interrupt the Service. We work to restore access but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using AstroPloton at any time and may close an account using the available controls or by contacting support. Account closure and subscription cancellation are separate actions unless the interface expressly confirms both.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay, abuse a refund program, or use the Service in a way likely to harm AstroPloton or another person. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.

Provisions that by their nature should continue—such as ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—survive termination.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its content are provided “as available” without warranties that it will meet every expectation, remain uninterrupted, or produce complete, accurate, or suitable interpretations. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent they may lawfully be disclaimed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Some jurisdictions provide mandatory protections that override parts of this section.

Limits on liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroPloton is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising from the Service or reliance on an interpretation.

Where liability cannot be excluded, AstroPloton’s total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to AstroPloton for the affected Service during the twelve months before the event or USD 100. This limit does not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Questions and disputes

Please contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve a concern directly. Mandatory consumer complaint channels and small-claims rights available where you live remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections available in your jurisdiction, disputes that are not resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Changes to these Terms and general provisions

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, security, or commercial changes. We will update the effective date and provide advance notice of material changes where required. Continued use after the effective date of an update indicates acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer your agreement without our consent; AstroPloton may transfer it as part of a reorganization or sale while preserving applicable consumer rights. These Terms and incorporated policies are the complete agreement about the Service unless a separate written agreement applies.
